Our newly constructed event venue and restaurant beautifully reflects the architecture of the 18th-century building that once stood on this very site. Steeped in history, this location played a pivotal role in the nail-making and shipbuilding industries, which were essential in supporting America during the War of 1812. In fact, it was this significance that led the British Royal Navy to launch an attack here via the S.S. Nimrod on June 13, 1814.
